GM #204

On Tuesday the 9th of December, General Meeting #204 of study association Intermate will take place. The GM will start at 18:30 in the Internaat with free dinner being served at 17:30.

During the meeting, several important topics will be discussed. These include the installment of the application committee, the change in departmental funding, Intermate’s equity goal, updates to the running policy, and a request from the GalaCie for an HR exemption regarding the gala ticket procedure. As these topics are significant for the association, we strongly encourage you to read the documents in advance and if you have any questions, please come up to the board, because we are happy to discuss them. Even if you are unable to attend, reviewing the uploaded documents will keep you informed about what is happening.

The documents for this General Meeting will be available online two weeks prior to the meeting. Please note that you will need to log in to access them.

If you cannot attend, you may authorize another member to vote on your behalf by filling in an authorization form. This form should be handed in to the board no later than the start of the GM, preferably at least one hour before the meeting begins.
