GM #204

On Tuesday the 9th of Dece,ber, General Meeting #204 of study association Intermate will take place. The GM will start at 18:30 in the Internaat with free dinner being served at 17:30.

The main topics that will be discussed are the installment of the application committee, Intermate's equity goal, departmental funding, the running policy will be updated and an HR exemption for the gala ticket procedure will be requested.

The documents of this General Meeting can be found online two weeks before the General Meeting (please note that you have to log in first).

If you cannot attend, you can authorize another member to vote on your behalf by filling in an authorization form. Please give this authorization form to the board. You can hand it in up until the start of the GM, preferably at least one hour before the start.
