GM #205 (Semi-Annual)

On Wednesday the 11th of February, General Meeting #205 takes place. The main topics that will be discussed are the Semi-Annual Intermate and Borrel Financial statements, our policy evaluation, and our personal reflection. The GM will start at 18:00 in the Internaat with free dinner being served at 17:00 for the people attending.

The documents for this General Meeting will be available online two weeks prior to the meeting. Please note that you will need to log in to access them

If you cannot attend, you may authorize another member to vote on your behalf by filling in an authorization form. This form should be handed in to the board no later than the start of the GM, preferably at least one hour before the meeting begins.

Whether you are curious to learn more about Intermate or simply want to hear what the board has been working on in recent weeks, this GM is the perfect opportunity to get involved.
