GM #208 (Switch)

On Tuesday the 2nd of June, General Meeting #208 of study association Intermate will take place. A free dinner will be provided by the KookCie, starting at 17:00. After this, we will go to Ketelhuis for the final GM of our board year!

The main topics that will be discussed are the cooperation agreement with the department, the annual financial statements of Intermate and the bar, the policy and personal evaluation of Vesper, and the switch of boards.

On Wednesday the 3rd of June, the resumption will take place where the 43rd board will present their policy and budget plans.

The documents of this meeting can be found two weeks in advance (Note that you have to log in first). Check them out and/or discuss them with your fellow students!

If you cannot attend, you can authorize another member to vote on your behalf by filling in an authorization form. Please hand this authorization form in to a board member. You can hand it in up until the start of the GM, preferably at least one hour before the start.
