MasterChef Competition

Think you and a teammate can cook your way to the top? Sign up as a duo for our MasterChef competition and compete across five exciting rounds to claim the title of MasterChef Intermate. Participation is free, you only cover the cost of ingredients for the first round. 

The competition consists of five rounds. After each round, our jury will provide feedback and inform you whether you are advancing to the next stage. When you subscribe you are guaranteed to partake in the first round, after which a few groups may be elimintated each round. 

Subscriptions close at 25/02 23.59!!

Rounds (theme's will be announced later):

• Round 1: 02/03 - Open Application, so no theme. Cook whatever best showcases your style. We will all enjoy the dishes together during the break on 2 March. Ingredients for this round are at your own expense.
• Round 2: 23 or 26 March – submit at Internaat (time TBA)
• Round 3: 20 or 22 April – submit at Internaat (time TBA)
• Round 4: 28 May – 16:30 at Internaat during drink
• Grand Finale: 12 June – full-evening dinner with the final groups

If you are not available one of these dates, please contact the organization to see if we can arrange an alternative. We cannot guarantee this is possible and you have to request this in advance.

Rules:

- For all rounds except Round 1 and the Finale, you will receive a budget that covers one serving, which we would like to receive for judging. You can make an expenses claim with the receipt of the ingredients bought on the website to get the money back.

- You may cook additional portions, but those will be at your own expense.

- You are not allowed to add your own money to increase the budget for the one judged serving.

- You can only cook with the duo you subscribed with.

- All the dishes need to be vegetarian.
